This is a rare opportunity to join a setting from day one, helping to shape a positive, supportive work culture where the focus is on quality childcare rather than just meeting ratios. We are looking for passionate Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Practitioners.

Your Responsibilities

As a practitioner in this new setting, you will:

• Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to provide stimulating and age-appropriate learning
• Contribute your ideas to the layout, routine, and culture of a newly opened nursery
• Act as a Key Person, monitoring progress and ensuring every child reaches their full potential
• Maintain the highest standards of child protection and health and safety within the setting
• Work alongside a supportive management team to foster a positive, professional atmosphere

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• A recognized Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent)
• A genuine love for early childhood education and desire to be part of a new project
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for parent partnerships and developmental reporting
• Ability to commute to Ipswich (IP1)

Salary & Working Hours

• Level 2 Salary: £26,500 per annum
• Level 3 Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Financial Incentives: Welcome Bonus available for new joiners!
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
