Your Responsibilities

As a Montessori Teacher, you will play a vital role in the children's development:

• Direct the classroom and present materials in line with the Montessori philosophy
• Blend Montessori methods with the EYFS framework to ensure holistic child development
• Conduct detailed observations and maintain comprehensive learning journals
• Ensure the classroom remains a calm, "prepared environment" for the children
• Work closely with parents to extend the Montessori approach into the home

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• A relevant Montessori Diploma (AMI/MCI) or a Level 3 Early Years qualification with significant Montessori experience
• Previous experience working in a Montessori or nursery setting
• Deep understanding of the Montessori method and the EYFS framework
• Ability to commute to Ruislip (HA4 8SY)

Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: £27,614.33 – £31,200 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
