Action Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting for a qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join a vibrant and well-established day nursery and preschool team in Green Street Green, Orpington, Kent (BR6).

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will support children’s daily learning and development:

• Support children’s learning journeys through creative, play-based activities following the EYFS framework
• Act as a dedicated Key Person, conducting regular observations, assessments, and tracking milestones
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages children to explore and learn
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to provide daily feedback and support growth
• Uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards across daily nursery routines

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or Level 2) in Childcare / Early Years Education
• Previous experience working in a UK nursery or preschool setting
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and genuine passion for working with children under five
• Ideally based in or able to commute to Green Street Green / Orpington
