Early Years Practitioner (Level 2/3)

About the Role

Are you a passionate Nursery Nurse or Early Years Educator looking for your next challenge in the South East?

Action Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting for talented Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners to join high-quality settings across Bexley, Dartford, and Greenwich.

We are looking for energetic professionals with at least 1–2 years of experience who are dedicated to providing world-class care and supporting early childhood development.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will support children's early learning and care:

• Lead and support engaging, play-based learning activities tailored to individual child needs under the EYFS framework
• Act as a Key Person, conducting regular observations, assessments, and progress tracking
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment in line with Ofsted and safeguarding standards
• Build strong, professional relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for every child

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years Education
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a nursery or preschool setting
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and deep passion for working with children
• Ideally based in or able to commute to Welling, Bexleyheath, Dartford, or Greenwich
