Early Years Educator (Level 2)

About the Role

Are you a dedicated Level 2 Childcare Practitioner looking for a stable, full-time role in a high-quality Bromley nursery?

Action Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting for an energetic Early Years Educator (Level 2) to join a friendly and professional team in the Shortlands / Bromley area (BR2).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and wants to progress their career within a supportive preschool environment.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will support children's daily learning and development:

• Support children's daily learning journeys through engaging, play-based activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for all children in the Shortlands setting
• Work closely with Level 3 Practitioners and Room Leads to ensure daily routines are followed smoothly
• Build strong relationships with families, providing daily feedback on their child's progress
• Uphold high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and child wellbeing

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum Level 2 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Early Years
• Previous experience working within a UK nursery or preschool setting is preferred
• A positive attitude, reliability, and genuine love for working with children under five
• Ideally based in or able to commute easily to Bromley (BR2)

Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: £26,000 per annum
• Hours: Full-time, consistent 5-day working week
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The nursery is located in Shortlands, Bromley, South East London / Kent (BR2).
