Action Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting a dedicated, Experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on behalf of a beautiful early years setting in London NW3.

This permanent position offers fantastic scheduling flexibility, allowing you to choose between working 4 or 5 full days per week while maintaining a stable, full-time income.

Your Responsibilities

Joining this warm and welcoming team, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality care:

• Design and implement stimulating, age-appropriate activities rooted in the EYFS framework
• Take active responsibility for a group of key children, observing progress and tracking developmental milestones
• Foster open, trusting relationships with parents and carers, providing reassuring daily updates
• Meticulously maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment adhering to childcare regulations
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and room leaders to ensure a positive, well-organized room dynamic

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• A recognized Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 in Early Years)
• Proven, stable experience working as a qualified practitioner within a registered nursery setting
• Strong, confident understanding of child development, observations, and the statutory EYFS guidelines
• High reliability, excellent communication skills, and a calm demeanor

Subject to a clear Enhanced DBS check.

• Salary: Competitive pay dependent on experience
