Action Staffing Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Baby Room Specialist specifically for a Baby Room in Mill Hill / Edgware area, London (NW7).

Join a supportive team where you can lead by example, providing high-quality care and stimulating sensory experiences for children under the age of two.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on high standards of infant care:

• Provide a safe, soothing, and stimulating environment specifically tailored to the needs of babies
• Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities that focus on the prime areas of learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Manage essential routines including feeding, weaning, and sleep monitoring, ensuring a "home-from-home" experience
• Maintain accurate digital observations and developmental logs to track each child's milestones
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, providing detailed daily feedback

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• A full and recognized Level 3 Childcare Qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or Early Years Educator)
• Previous experience working within a Baby Room is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and infant development
• Commitment to work full-time across varying shift patterns

Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
• Flexible Shifts: Rotating weekly patterns such as 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 (includes a one-hour break)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
