Action Staffing Ltd is currently representing a high-quality, premium nursery setting across two locations in Putney (SW15) and Southfields (SW19). We are looking for passionate Early Years Practitioners & Nursery Assistants to join the team.

This position is completely unique because it offers up to £33,000, a massive 59 days off per year, and dedicated in-house chefs and housekeepers so you never have to wash up or prepare food again!

Your Responsibilities

As an Early Years Practitioner or Nursery Assistant, you will set the standard for care and education:

• Oversee the delivery of the EYFS curriculum to ensure children are learning, developing, and reaching milestones
• Act as a dedicated Key Person, keeping accurate records and writing termly learning journeys
• Provide age-appropriate toys and activities, manage daily care routines, and supervise mealtimes (zero food prep or washing up required)
• Act as a main point of contact for parents, including conducting three termly parent/teacher meetings
• Ensure all child protection, health & safety, and hygiene policies are strictly followed

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Welcoming applications from Level 3 Early Years Practitioners, Level 2 Nursery Assistants looking to upskill, and Unqualified candidates ready to start fully paid training
• Strong communication, teamwork, positive attitude, and genuine passion for early childhood development
• Ability to commute easily to Putney (SW15 6EH) or Southfields (SW19 6SP)

Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: £25,500 – £33,000 per annum (depending on qualification level, including performance bonuses)
• Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (Shift options: 7:15am-5:15pm / 8:00am-6:00pm / 8:30am-6:30pm)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Benefits: 59 days holiday (including one full day off every two weeks!), fully paid training for Level 2/3 CACHE/NVQ, mental health program, Cycle to Work scheme, zero cleaning/cooking duties
• Progression: 100% internal promotion policy (Senior Teachers earn up to £34,700, Junior Managers up to £40,000)
