Your Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager, you will be the backbone of the nursery:

• Assist the Nursery Manager in the operational day-to-day running of the setting
• Mentor and develop staff to maintain an outstanding, collaborative team environment
• Oversee the delivery of the EYFS framework to ensure high standards of education and care
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure child protection policies are strictly upheld
• Build strong relationships with parents in the Fulham area

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Leader, Third-in-Charge, or Deputy Manager
• Minimum Level 3 NVQ/CACHE Diploma in Early Years (or higher)
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for early years pedagogy
• Easy commute to Fulham (SW6)

Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: £36,000 per annum
