Your Responsibilities

As the Nursery Manager, you will be the driving force behind the setting’s success:

• Oversee the daily running of the nursery, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted and the EYFS framework
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of practitioners
• Manage occupancy levels and budgets to ensure commercial success
• Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure the safety and well-being of all children
• Build strong, trusted relationships with families in the local Fulham community

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager (minimum 2 years preferred) with a track record of "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted outcomes
• Minimum Level 3 NVQ/CACHE Diploma in Early Years (Level 4/5 or Degree highly desirable)
• Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills
