Your Responsibilities

As the Nursery Manager, you will lead the setting to operational and educational excellence:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted and EYFS statutory frameworks
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a positive, high-performing working environment
• Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children
• Manage occupancy levels, budgets, and marketing to drive commercial success
• Maintain excellent relationships with parents and carers, conducting show-arounds and open days

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (Level 4/5 or Degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or a highly experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Expert understanding of the Ofsted inspection framework and statutory EYFS
• Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills
