Action Staffing Ltd is currently seeking a Pre-school Room Lead & Qualified Early Years Practitioners to join a specialized Forest and Farm Nursery in the Marlborough area, Wiltshire.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead or support outdoor learning and early education:

• Lead and inspire a team to provide an engaging and safe learning environment (Room Lead)
• Facilitate activities within a Forest & Farm setting, encouraging children to explore nature
• Deliver high-quality learning experiences based on the statutory EYFS framework
• Manage observations, assessments, and tracking for a dedicated group of key children
• Ensure statutory requirements and high standards of safety and child welfare are met daily

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ/Diploma for the Room Lead role; Level 2 or 3 for Practitioners
• Previous experience in a pre-school or nursery setting is essential
• A genuine passion for outdoor education, forest schools, and farm-based learning
• Commitment to a full-time schedule of approximately 38 hours per week

• Salary: Highly competitive salary based on role and experience
