Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will deliver engaging child-led learning:

• Lead creative play-based learning sessions to foster child development
• Act as a dedicated Key Person, conducting detailed observations and planning tailored activities
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment following Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards
• Maintain strong communication with parents and colleagues to support the child’s journey
• Adhere strictly to safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety regulations

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude
• Reliability, punctuality, and genuine passion for Early Years education and child development
• Practical knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety within a nursery setting

An Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to employment.
