Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality patient care:

• Deliver exceptional Person-Centred Care to residents and patients
• Assist with Daily Living Support, including personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship
• Provide specialized support in luxury Assisted Living, Elderly Care, Dementia, or Palliative care settings
• Assist nursing staff with basic healthcare monitoring and documentation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, dignity, safety, and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• A recognized Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or NVQ Level 3
• Previous hands-on care experience in elderly care, dementia care, palliative care, or 1-to-1 support
• Valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Compassionate, dependable attitude with strong communication skills

Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: Highly competitive rates of pay for permanent roles and flexible agency shifts
• Working Patterns Available: Night Shifts, Day Shifts, or Live-in Care roles
