About the Role

Action Staffing Ltd is pleased to represent a leading care provider offering Skilled Worker (Tier 2) Visa Sponsorship for qualified Registered Nurses in Slough and surrounding Berkshire areas.

This vacancy welcomes overseas-qualified nurses with active UK NMC PIN registration seeking to establish their long-term healthcare career in the UK.

Your Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-standard nursing care to elderly residents with acute and chronic medical conditions
• Safe administration and recording of prescription medications following UK regulatory guidance
• Assessing resident physical and psychological wellbeing, promptly identifying health changes
• Liaising with visiting medical professionals, speech therapists, and social care coordinators
• Supporting health and safety, safeguarding, and strict infection prevention procedures

Requirements

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Valid UK NMC PIN registration (RGN or RMN)
• Successful completion of CBT and OSCE (where applicable) or full UK registration
• Genuine passion for adult and elderly nursing care
• Strong English language proficiency (IELTS/OET standard) and clear communication skills

An Enhanced DBS check will be carried out prior to employment.

Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: £19.57 to £22.15 per hour (Fully compliant with UK Skilled Worker salary thresholds)
• Hours: Full-Time (37.5 to 42 hours per week)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Full visa sponsorship support, paid annual leave, and company pension

The care facility is situated in Slough, Berkshire.
