Action Staffing Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Part-Time Registered Staff Nurse for a highly regarded residential nursing home in Manchester (Blackley / Creswell area).

This role provides an ideal balance for nurses seeking steady part-time hours in a modern, supportive elder care setting.

Your Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Staff Nurse, your duties will include:

• Providing holistic clinical care and daily wellness assessments to residents
• Administering prescribed pharmaceuticals accurately and conducting regular medicine audits
• Updating individual digital care plans in line with resident goals and CQC criteria
• Mentoring floor staff and coordinating daily activities with the care team
• Liaising promptly with relatives, medical practitioners, and social workers

Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• Active UK NMC PIN registration (RGN or RMN)
• Sound clinical knowledge and recent practical experience in nursing care
• Compassionate attitude, dependable attendance, and solid problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

An Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to appointment.

Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: £21.50 to £22.65 per hour
• Hours: 22 to 24 hours per week (Flexible 2-day shift rota)
• Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent
• 4-weekly pay cycle, paid induction, and free on-site parking

The home is located in Manchester (Greater Manchester).
