Action Staffing Ltd is building a premier team of Nursery Bank Staff and Supply Practitioners for high-quality early years settings across London.

This is ideal for Qualified Nursery Nurses (Level 2 or 3) or experienced Unqualified Assistants who want a Zero-Hours Contract with the benefit of Weekly Pay.

Your Responsibilities

As a flexible Bank Staff Practitioner, you will:

• Support different nursery schools on an ad-hoc basis, helping cover staff shortages
• Deliver high-quality care and support learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Assist permanent room teams with daily routines, mealtimes, and outdoor play
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for children
• Gain diverse experience across various early years environments and age groups

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Nursery Nurses (Level 2 or Level 3) or experienced Unqualified Assistants
• Reliability, punctuality, and an adaptable approach to working in different settings
• Passion for working with children and supporting early childhood development
• Good communication and teamwork skills

An Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to placement.

Salary & Working Hours

• Pay: Highly competitive hourly rates with Weekly Pay
• Schedule: Total flexibility—choose to work from 1 day up to 5 days per week!
• Contract Type: Flexible Zero-Hours Bank / Supply Contract
• Start Date: Immediate Start
